By accessing or using Sellers Only ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Sellers Only is a verified sales talent marketplace that connects sales professionals ("Sellers") with companies seeking to hire ("Businesses"). Sellers complete assessments to generate a Sellers Only Score and profile. Businesses subscribe to access the talent pool and post job listings.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
Sellers represent that all profile information, assessment responses, and uploaded materials are truthful and accurate. Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or assessment results is grounds for immediate account termination. Sellers grant Sellers Only a non-exclusive license to display their profile data to subscribed Business users.
Business accounts are subject to subscription fees as outlined on the Pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Businesses may use candidate information solely for legitimate hiring purposes. Redistribution or resale of candidate data is strictly prohibited.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Sellers Only reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
Users may not: (a) provide false or misleading information; (b) scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform; (c) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (e) harass or harm other users.
All Platform content, branding, and technology are the property of Sellers Only. Users retain ownership of their own submitted content but grant Sellers Only a license to display it on the Platform.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sellers Only does not guarantee employment outcomes, hiring results, or the accuracy of third-party assessment interpretations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellers Only shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Sellers Only reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
